What color and type of paper is best for the original artwork?

Any color or type will work. We recommend pure white smooth paper since that shows the colors of the artwork best. But remember that any color or type of paper will work. If we can scan it, we can print it on anything.

Back to the top:

Will each parent be able to have artwork exclusively from their own child?

Absolutely! Thanks to the digital revolution, you are able to enjoy a level of customization never before possible at any price.

Back to the top:

How much advance notice do you need before we can start  your program?

To keep prices down, we have put a cap on the volume we handle so there is a first come first served element in our scheduling. But depending upon how many organizations we have lined up at that time and your number of students, we will be able to have your customized starter packets to you within a week. Call us today to reserve your start and end date.

Back to the top:

How long does the process take from start to finish?

Again, depending upon the number of organizations before you and the size of your group, it should take between 4 and 8 weeks. See our "How it works" page for specifics.

Back to the top:

Does Kardzbykidz send the original artwork or photo back?

Yes. We return all artwork and photos.

Back to the top:

Will my artwork be damaged in any way?

While we are very careful with your artwork, if you are concerned about bending, we recommend you send it in a protective cardboard envelope. If it is a one-of-a-kind irreplaceable type of thing, you may want to have an accurate color copy made at a "copy store" and send us the copy.

Back to the top:

What size does art need to be? Can I submit artwork that is bigger or smaller than 8.5 X 11?

For our fundraisers, submitted artwork needs to be 8.5" X 11" or smaller. During the digitizing process, we can shrink or increase the size to fit the product you choose.  We can handle images larger than 8.5" X 11" only upon a pre-arranged basis because we charge an oversized-item fee to cover the additional processing that they require.

Back to the top:

Are there any upfront or hidden charges?

There is a fully redeemable upfront charge of 30 cents for each packet we send you. You get the money back when the packet is returned with one or more orders in it. We do this to encourage 100% involvement from your student body. This in turn will create more profit for you. There is also a charge on the final shipping if you are from out of the triple cities Binghamton NY area. We simply pass the shipping charge to you. We don't mark it up at all and it is a minimal charge depending of course, on the weight of your orders in their finished form.

Back to the top:

How does the shipping charge work?

We don't know how much your shipping will cost until we actually package and weigh all of your completed orders. So this is how we charge you: Once you know your total gross receipts from the sale, You send us a check (along with the orders and artwork) for one half of the amount you owe us without including any shipping charges. We print up your product and ship it back to you with a bill which includes the other half that you owe us plus the nominal shipping charge. We don't mark it up at all. We simply pass that charge on to you so that we can maintain these low prices.

Back to the top:

What if something is damaged during shipment?

You pay nothing. We replace it at our cost as quickly as possible

Back to the top:

Do you accept late orders?

Without question, since we custom print each order anyway, late orders are not a problem and merely represent another custom printed order for us.

Back to the top:

How do we (and you) keep the orders organized?

When you collect the orders, you keep them together by classroom or teacher. For your convenience we keep them together while we process your orders. Again, when we mail the completed product back to you, we box them up by teacher or classroom. This makes it a snap to keep orders and artwork organized and to assure that each student receives their order efficiently and smoothly.

Back to the top:

I love what you sent me and I want more! Do you accept re-orders?

Absolutely, we keep all of your digital information (the scanned image of your child's art) on our computers for a full year simply because we often get requests for re-orders.

Back to the top:

I'm not with a fundraising group but I love your work! Do you accept individual orders?

Yes, we do!

Back to the top:

Can your program help me with my tennis game?

No.

Back to the top:

Do you give discounts for large volume printing of a single work?

Yes, we do but only by individual estimate. Please contact us directly with your needs so that we can give you the hassle free cost effective value that you deserve.
