A Kardz By Kidz! Student Artwork Fund Raiser- How it works:
We differentiate ourselves from
other selling programs in that, rather than just pulling items off a shelf to
fill an order, every item we send is custom made with care to our exacting
standards. You will have your child's art accurately reproduced on your
products. This takes time. For that reason, and for your convenience, we
schedule the following steps very closely with you.
Five simple steps to success:

=Step one: We deliver the packets
which you give to each of your students.
(This is on a date reserved by your organization with kardzbykidz) You receive a
customized packet for each student, which
includes instructions, order
forms, and full color pictures of the available products for the artists
and parents. Each packet we send will cost you $.30
(30 cents) which is redeemed to you when the packet comes back to us with
one or more orders in it. We do this to encourage 100 percent student
involvement which will in turn, create more profit for your organization.

=Step two: Your
kids/students create the art.
At schools, your art teachers can fit
the creation of the art into their curriculums or the kids can use art
they've already created in class. We recommend that the art teacher display
the sample products we have sent so the students can see what they are
really creating. This gets them excited about both the art and buying the
products which maximizes your profit. (We recommend one to two weeks for this step depending upon
the art class schedule.)

=Step three: Your
students take their artwork home to collect orders.
Orders are placed and paid for at
this time on the convenient order form that is in the packet. The order form
allows multiple pieces of art. (We recommend approximately two weeks for this
step.)

=Step four: Your fund raiser
coordinator consolidates all of the orders and artwork by classroom.
They send us the completed artwork and
half of the total amount your organization will owe us.
Your local organization keeps 50% of all proceeds.
(this should take a day or two depending upon the size of the order and how
many last-minute orders are coming in.)

=Step five:
We deliver the finished product,
on our agreed upon date, to your organization for distribution.
Depending on the number of orders, this
can take one to three weeks. (This date reserved by your organization with kardzbykidz.)
At this time, we bill you for the remaining half of the money your
organization owes us plus a small amount for shipping. For
organizations requiring shipping, (out of Triple Cities, NY) we pass that cost to you without
padding it. Remember: With the exception of that small amount of postage,
your organization keeps 50% of all
proceeds collected.

How long from start to finish?
The whole entire process could take as little as four weeks and probably not longer than eight weeks.
The good news is that (if you call us early) you can set your own beginning and end dates.
We recommend that you give steps one through four (connecting, creating, collecting $, consolidating) no more than a four week window. If you take longer students will lose their orders and their momentum. The only step left is our completion of the products.
The key here is to reserve your date early. Our attention to quality and detail combined with the fact that we custom-print each piece, only allows us to complete one averaged sized organization per week. If someone has already reserved your first choice for a completion date, we have to put you off until the next available week. Christmas and Mother's day are very popular time slots.
